1250 Mesh Calcium Carbonate Milling Plant, HLMX1300 Superfine Grinding Mill

This calcium carbonate milling plant using our HLMX1300 superfine grinding mill, which has the output of 5t/h, and 1250 mesh D97 fineness. Calcium carbonate (CaCO3) is a common minerals found in rocks that natural forms are chalk, limestone, and marble, calcite, it is the main component of shells of egg, perals, marine organisms, and snails.

 

HLMX superfine calcium carbonate powder grinding mill is also designed for very fine powder processing with high throughput rate, it has the muti-functions including grinding, separation, impact, collection in one unit. Final powders are even and in excellent particle distribution.It is suitable for grinding non-metallic mineral ores into fine powder of 7-45μm fineness, and if equipped with a secondary classification system, it can produce up to 3μm powder. Applicable materials including non-metallic minerals such as calcium carbonate, barite, calcite, gypsum, dolomite, potash feldspar, etc. This calcium carbonate powder production line can be widely used in deep processing fields such as metallurgy, chemical rubber, coatings, plastics, pigments, inks, building materials, medicine, food, etc.
