The hammer rotor is the main working part of hammer crusher. The rotor consists main shaft, chuck, pin shaft, and hammer. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed in the crushing cavity, materials are fed into the machine from the top feeder port and crushed by the impact, shear, and crushing action of the high-speed mobile hammer. There is a sieve plate at the bottom of the rotor, and the crushed particles that smaller than the size of the sieve hole are discharged through the sieve plate, and the coarse particles that larger than the size of the hole of the sieve remain on the sieve plate and continue to be beaten and ground by the hammer, ultimately discharged out of the machine through the sieve plate.
