What are the uses of lithium slag? Can cement be made?

Can lithium slag be used to make cement? The answer is yes. Lithium slag is activated after being ground by HLM slag vertical mill, and can be used in the production of building materials. The HLM slag vertical mill can process lithium slag to a specific surface area of > 420m2/kg, and special configuration can also reach a specific surface area of 700.

At present, the main utilization methods of lithium slag are as follows:

Most of the SiO2 and Al2O3 in lithium slag exist in the form of amorphous SiO2 and Al2O3, so they have pozzolanic activity, but their activity is very low. In order to improve its activity and better apply it in building materials, physical excitation (or mechanical excitation), chemical excitation and other excitation methods are usually used to excite lithium slag. Mechanical grinding is used to increase the fineness of the lithium slag, increase its specific surface area, and destroy the original lithium slag (the specific surface of the original slag is: > 420m2/kg);

1.2 Lithium slag is used as cement admixture;

1. 3 Lithium slag is used as raw material for accelerating setting agent;

1. 4 Lithium slag is used as raw material for the production of ceramic glazed tiles;

1. 5 lithium slag is used as raw material for fluorogypsum lithium slag hollow mortar and building blocks;

1. 6 Lithium slag replaces part of the cement to prepare concrete.

Application of lithium slag in boneless grouting materials:

2. 1 Lithium slag is used as the raw material for calcium chloride;2. 2 Lithium slag is used as the raw material for activated clay.
