Process flow of vertical grinding phosphorus slag powder: slag is transported by train or truck into the plant and unloaded to a combined storage warehouse for storage; Then, it is sent to the slag bin of the batching station for storage through a grab and belt conveyor. A feeding scale is provided at the bottom of the slag silo. The slag in the silo is quantitatively discharged by a belt feeding scale and sent to the vertical mill system via a belt conveyor. To prevent metal blocks from entering the mill, an electromagnetic iron remover and a metal detector are installed on the incoming belt conveyor. The slag sent from the raw material system is fed into the vertical mill through the pneumatic flap valve and the air lock feeding valve for drying and grinding. The material fed into the mill is pressed by the grinding roller on a rotating grinding plate and crushed under a certain load. The milled material is sent by hot air, i.e., ascending bearing air, into a high-efficiency powder concentrator located at the upper part of the vertical mill to be sorted into coarse powder and fine powder; The fine powder, that is, the finished product, is collected by a bag type dust collector and sent to the finished product system through conveyor equipment such as a chute and elevator; The coarse powder falls on the grinding plate and is ground again. In order to save energy, a portion of the coarse powder is discharged from the vertical mill and sent back to the vertical mill through equipment such as iron remover, elevator, conveyor, etc. for further grinding. After being dedusted by a high-efficiency bag dust collector, the exhaust gas is discharged into the atmosphere through a chimney by an exhaust fan, and the drying heat source is provided by a gas fired hot air stove. The slag powder silo is equipped with an open aerated chute. After being aerated, the phosphorus slag vertical mill can be transported into a bulk truck and shipped out of the factory through the unloading equipment at the bottom of the silo and a truck bulk machine.
