Barite powder is an extender pigment which widely used in paint and coating, it and plays an important role in improving the thickness, wear resistance, water resistance, heat resistance, surface hardness and impact resistance of the coating film. Barite powder fillers are mainly used in industrial primers and automotive intermediate coatings that require high film strength, high filling power and high chemical inertness, and are also used in topcoats that require higher gloss. The barite powder products used in paint coatings should not only have high purity, but also have fine particle size. Therefore, in addition to beneficiation and purification, ultrafine pulverization and surface modification are also required.

This grinder is suitable for grinding limestone, barite, fluorite, gypsum, ilmenite, phosphate rock, clay, graphite, clay, kaolin, diabase, coal gangue, wollastonite, slaked lime, zircon sand, bentonite, manganese ore and other non-flammable and explosive materials with Mohs hardness below 7 and humidity within 6%, the fineness can be adjusted arbitrarily between 38-180μm (80-400 mesh).
