After material analysis and trial grinding, Guilin Hongcheng Technical Engineer selected HCQ1500 Raymond mill for our SiC micro powder project model. At present, the installation has been completed and the trial operation is in good condition. Due to the high hardness of silicon carbide materials, improved wear-resistant materials are used in vulnerable parts, which enable the raw materials to be evenly and fully thrown between the grinding roll and the grinding ring. In particular, it can reduce the impact of the raw materials directly sent to the grinding roll by the blade on the grinding roll, so that the service life of the grinding roll and the grinding ring can be extended, thereby reducing the equipment failure rate and operating costs.

It took a short time from ordering to delivery to installation, and I felt the efficiency and professionalism of Hongcheng people. I also visited other customers' sites of Hongcheng calcium hydroxide before, and the fineness and output of the products were good. There were five levels of lime digestion, which was quite thorough, and guaranteed the quality of our finished products. What we need to do is high-quality calcium lime powder.

We are a manganese company. In the bidding for the harmless utilization of manganese slag solid waste project, a manganese slag deamination system (with a processing capacity of 40t/h) and two HLM slag vertical mills in Guilin Hongcheng won the bid. The manganese slag deamination system is used for electrolytic manganese slag deamination. The collected ammonia is cooled and turned into ammonia water for recovery; The rest of the electrolytic manganese slag is mixed with quicklime (5%), and then enters the HLM slag of Guilin Hongcheng, which is vertically ground to 200 mesh D90, and then calcined. After calcination, it will enter the clinker mill with other cement clinker to process to a specific surface area of 450m2/kg for concrete admixture.

Recently, the calcium carbonate ore vertical roller mill purchased by our company in Guilin Hongcheng has been put into operation. The vertical roller mill model of calcium carbonate ore we selected is HLM2400, which is a medium-sized vertical roller mill of calcium carbonate. This vertical mill of calcium carbonate ore is used to grind limestone to produce calcium carbonate powder, with fineness of 328 meshes and D90. The hourly output is up to 45 tons per hour. The output of calcium carbonate produced by the vertical mill has reached our expected results!
