We are a manganese ore enterprise. Our company has excellent limestone mineral resources that can be exploited for more than 200 years. This project mainly processes superfine calcium carbonate powder. We have discussed the equipment selection of the superfine mill for many times and visited the factory on the spot, and selected the HCH1395 calcium carbonate superfine mill of Guilin Hongcheng based on various factors. In the middle of 2014, we began to install, debug and operate it. At present, the ultra-fine pulverizer is running stably, and we are very satisfied with the output and fineness of the equipment.

We are a manganese company. In the bidding for the harmless utilization of manganese slag solid waste project, a manganese slag deamination system (with a processing capacity of 40t/h) and two HLM slag vertical mills in Guilin Hongcheng won the bid. The manganese slag deamination system is used for electrolytic manganese slag deamination. The collected ammonia is cooled and turned into ammonia water for recovery; The rest of the electrolytic manganese slag is mixed with quicklime (5%), and then enters the HLM slag of Guilin Hongcheng, which is vertically ground to 200 mesh D90, and then calcined. After calcination, it will enter the clinker mill with other cement clinker to process to a specific surface area of 450m2/kg for concrete admixture.
