Introduction to Dolomite

Limestone bases on Calcium Carbonate (CaCO3). Lime and limestone is widely applied as construction material and industrial material. Limestone can be processed into building stones or be baked into quick lime, and then add water to make slaked lime. The lime slurry and lime putty can be used as coating material and adhesive. Lime is also the majority material for glass industry. Combined with clay, after high temperature roasted, lime can be used to produce cement.

Application of Limestone

Limestone is grinded by limestone grinding mill to prepare limestone powder. Limestone powder is widely used according to different specifications:

1. Single fly powder:

It is used to produce anhydrous calcium chloride and is an auxiliary raw material for the production of sodium dichromate. Main raw materials for glass and cement production. In addition, it is also used for building materials and poultry feed.

2. Shuangfei powder:

It is a raw material for the production of anhydrous calcium chloride and glass, white filler for rubber and paint, and building materials.

3. Three flying powders:

Used as filler for plastics, paint putty, paint, plywood and paint.

4. Four flying powders:

Used as filler for wire insulation layer, rubber molded products and filler for asphalt felt

5. Desulfurization of power plant:

It is used as desulfurization absorbent for flue gas desulfurization in power plant.

Stage I: Crushing of raw materials

Large limestone materials are crushed by the crusher to the feeding fineness (15mm-50mm) that can enter the pulverizer.

Second II: Grinding

The crushed small limestone materials are sent to the storage hopper by the elevator, and then sent to the grinding chamber of the mill evenly and quantitatively by the feeder for grinding.

Stage III: Classifying

The milled materials are graded by the grading system, and the unqualified powder is graded by the classifier and returned to the main machine for re grinding.

Stage V: Collection of finished products

The powder conforming to the fineness flows through the pipeline with the gas and enters the dust collector for separation and collection. The collected finished powder is sent to the finished product silo by the conveying device through the discharge port, and then packaged by the powder tanker or automatic packer.
