In order to reduce the noise, we also specially installed a sound insulation room outside the main machine of the ring roller mill. The workshop was basically quiet and free of dust. It was very clean. The fineness of the product could meet the standard, but it did not run rough. This was very good.

Recently, our company contacted Guilin Hongcheng to purchase silicon carbide micro powder Raymond mill and inquired about the model selection of silicon carbide micro powder Raymond mill. After material analysis and trial grinding, Guilin Hongcheng Technical Engineer selected HCQ1500 Raymond mill for our SiC micro powder project model. At present, the installation has been completed and the trial operation is in good condition. Due to the high hardness of silicon carbide materials, improved wear-resistant materials are used in vulnerable parts, which enable the raw materials to be evenly and fully thrown between the grinding roll and the grinding ring. In particular, it can reduce the impact of the raw materials directly sent to the grinding roll by the blade on the grinding roll, so that the service life of the grinding roll and the grinding ring can be extended, thereby reducing the equipment failure rate and operating costs.

We have purchased the desulfurization powder mill of Guilin Hongcheng, HLM1700 medium-sized vertical mill. We take limestone as raw material, finely grind it to 325 mesh D97 through desulfurization powder mill, and transport it to local thermal power plant as desulfurization agent. The equipment runs stably and has good quality.

We are a manganese company. In the bidding for the harmless utilization of manganese slag solid waste project, a manganese slag deamination system (with a processing capacity of 40t/h) and two HLM slag vertical mills in Guilin Hongcheng won the bid. The manganese slag deamination system is used for electrolytic manganese slag deamination. The collected ammonia is cooled and turned into ammonia water for recovery; The rest of the electrolytic manganese slag is mixed with quicklime (5%), and then enters the HLM slag of Guilin Hongcheng, which is vertically ground to 200 mesh D90, and then calcined. After calcination, it will enter the clinker mill with other cement clinker to process to a specific surface area of 450m2/kg for concrete admixture.

In March 2021, after our company ordered HLM1700 bauxite vertical mill from Guilin Hongcheng to be put into operation, in April, the HLM1300 bauxite vertical mill ordered again for production line wiring test machine for processing raw materials entered mass production.

We are a building decoration material factory, and have purchased the limestone vertical mill equipment of HCM and put it into production! The model of vertical limestone mill is HLM1500 vertical mill, which is used to process limestone for building materials. It produces 200 meshes of stone powder, with a passing rate of D90 and a mechanical capacity of 23 to 27 tons/hour.
