We are a Clean Energy Co., Ltd., and have purchased the HCM 200 mesh pulverized coal mill HLM1700 pulverized coal vertical mill. The unit hourly production capacity is up to 20 tons, and the pulverized coal production site is clean and tidy with low noise.

Recently, our company contacted Guilin Hongcheng to purchase silicon carbide micro powder Raymond mill and inquired about the model selection of silicon carbide micro powder Raymond mill. After material analysis and trial grinding, Guilin Hongcheng Technical Engineer selected HCQ1500 Raymond mill for our SiC micro powder project model. At present, the installation has been completed and the trial operation is in good condition. Due to the high hardness of silicon carbide materials, improved wear-resistant materials are used in vulnerable parts, which enable the raw materials to be evenly and fully thrown between the grinding roll and the grinding ring. In particular, it can reduce the impact of the raw materials directly sent to the grinding roll by the blade on the grinding roll, so that the service life of the grinding roll and the grinding ring can be extended, thereby reducing the equipment failure rate and operating costs.

For the 250 mesh lime vertical mill pulverizing project, we purchased HLM1100 vertical mill to configure the production line for putting into production, and produced 200-250 mesh power plant desulfurization lime powder with a capacity of 7 tons per hour. Half a year ago, our company's dolomite processing plant purchased two sets of HC1900 Raymond Mill for dolomite sand powder all-in-one machine produced by Guilin Hongcheng. Now the installation has been completed, and the trial operation inspection has been passed, and the project is officially put into production. One of them produces 250 mesh dolomite powder and dolomite sand, achieving a silt output of 36 tons/hour; The other set produces 280 meshes of dolomite powder and dolomite sand, achieving a silt output of 40 tons/hour. Compared with the separate production lines of our former sanders and grinders, this has greatly saved energy consumption and greatly improved production capacity!

The HLM2400 vertical pulverized coal mill has been operating for more than a month. According to the data provided by the big data collection personnel of the supplier Guilin Hongcheng Equipment, this HLM2400 vertical pulverized coal mill operating in the plateau gully environment overcame the plateau low pressure and exerted great efforts to complete the production task of 40 tons of pulverized coal per hour for our plant.
