We are a large paper making enterprise that ordered HLM1700 large kaolin vertical mill produced by Guilin Hongcheng, providing good development equipment for our kaolin mine. The hourly output can reach 16-18 tons, 325 meshes D97.

Half a year ago, our company's dolomite processing plant purchased two sets of HC1900 Raymond Mill for dolomite sand powder all-in-one machine produced by Guilin Hongcheng. Now the installation has been completed, and the trial operation inspection has been passed, and the project is officially put into production. One of them produces 250 mesh dolomite powder and dolomite sand, achieving a silt output of 36 tons/hour; The other set produces 280 meshes of dolomite powder and dolomite sand, achieving a silt output of 40 tons/hour. Compared with the separate production lines of our former sanders and grinders, this has greatly saved energy consumption and greatly improved production capacity!

The first time we used the equipment of HCM, the overall effect was good. We bought a ring roller mill and a Raymond mill. In order to reduce the noise, we also specially installed a sound insulation room outside the main machine of the ring roller mill. The workshop was basically quiet and free of dust. It was very clean. The fineness of the product could meet the standard, but it did not run rough. This was very good.

Guilin Hongcheng's HLMX1100 superfine vertical mill calcium carbonate ore vertical mill production line runs smoothly, with low noise and strong powder interval control capability. It does not need to change the grinding roller frequently, and it can easily handle customer orders. It is a very good machine. The National Design Institute introduced that Guilin Hongcheng is an equipment manufacturer. Then we sent a delegation to investigate and made many technical exchanges with the HCM team. Finally, we chose the 1900 vertical mill. The quality of Hongcheng vertical mill is good, and the price is cheap. Later maintenance is also convenient.
