Technical Advantages
Higher grinding efficiency, lower energy consumption. The power consumption is 40% -50% lower than ball mill. The single unit has high throughput, and can use valley electricity.
Environmental Protection. The whole system of the HLM vertical roller mill has low vibration and low noise, it is sealed and operated under negative pressure, no spillage of dust, and can basically realize dust-free workshop.
Ease of maintenance, lower operating cost. The grinding roller can be taken out from the machine through the hydraulic device, a large space for maintenance. Both the two sides of the roller shell can be used for a longer working life. The mill can run without raw material on the grinding table, which erases the difficulty in starting.
Rollers with height-controlled device, which could avoid strong vibration that caused due to short of material on the table. Newly-designed roller sealing component ensures the reliable sealing without sealing the blower, which can lower the oxygen content in the mill to prevent the possibility of explosion.
The mill integrates crushing, drying, grinding, classifying and conveying materials in one continuous, automated operation. Compact layout requires less footprint which is 50% of the ball mill. It can be installed in outdoors, lower construction cost can save initial investment.
High degree of automation. It adopts the PLC automatic control system and can realize remote control, ease of operation and maintenance, labor costs saving.

As the vertical roller mill works, the motor drives the reducer to rotate the dial, the raw material are delivered to the center of the dial from the air lock rotary feeder. The material moves to the edge of the dial due to the effect of centrifugal force and than be ground by the force of the roller and pulverized through squeezing, grinding and cutting. Simultaneously, the hot air is blew up around the dial and brow up the ground material. The hot air will dry the floating material and blow the coarse material back to the dial. The fine powder will be brought to the classifier, the qualified fine powder will flow out the mill and be collected by dust collector, while the coarse powder will fall down to the dial by the blade of classifier and be ground again. This cycle is the whole process of grinding.
HLM vertical roller mill using standard modules to design and fabricate pressurization device.
