Recently, the calcium carbonate ore vertical roller mill purchased by our company in Guilin Hongcheng has been put into operation. The vertical roller mill model of calcium carbonate ore we selected is HLM2400, which is a medium-sized vertical roller mill of calcium carbonate. This vertical mill of calcium carbonate ore is used to grind limestone to produce calcium carbonate powder, with fineness of 328 meshes and D90. The hourly output is up to 45 tons per hour. The output of calcium carbonate produced by the vertical mill has reached our expected results!

We are a Clean Energy Co., Ltd., and have purchased the HCM 200 mesh pulverized coal mill HLM1700 pulverized coal vertical mill. The unit hourly production capacity is up to 20 tons, and the pulverized coal production site is clean and tidy with low noise.

The National Design Institute introduced that Guilin Hongcheng is an equipment manufacturer. Then we sent a delegation to investigate and made many technical exchanges with the HCM team. Finally, we chose the 1900 vertical mill. The quality of Hongcheng vertical mill is good, and the price is cheap. Later maintenance is also convenient.

We are a manganese company. In the bidding for the harmless utilization of manganese slag solid waste project, a manganese slag deamination system (with a processing capacity of 40t/h) and two HLM slag vertical mills in Guilin Hongcheng won the bid. The manganese slag deamination system is used for electrolytic manganese slag deamination. The collected ammonia is cooled and turned into ammonia water for recovery; The rest of the electrolytic manganese slag is mixed with quicklime (5%), and then enters the HLM slag of Guilin Hongcheng, which is vertically ground to 200 mesh D90, and then calcined. After calcination, it will enter the clinker mill with other cement clinker to process to a specific surface area of 450m2/kg for concrete admixture.

For the 250 mesh lime vertical mill pulverizing project, we purchased HLM1100 vertical mill to configure the production line for putting into production, and produced 200-250 mesh power plant desulfurization lime powder with a capacity of 7 tons per hour. It is highly efficient and energy-saving, with PLC intelligent control, clean and environmentally friendly. It has been running stably, safely and reliably since it was put into production.
