We are a manganese company. In the bidding for the harmless utilization of manganese slag solid waste project, a manganese slag deamination system (with a processing capacity of 40t/h) and two HLM slag vertical mills in Guilin Hongcheng won the bid. The manganese slag deamination system is used for electrolytic manganese slag deamination. The collected ammonia is cooled and turned into ammonia water for recovery; The rest of the electrolytic manganese slag is mixed with quicklime (5%), and then enters the HLM slag of Guilin Hongcheng, which is vertically ground to 200 mesh D90, and then calcined. After calcination, it will enter the clinker mill with other cement clinker to process to a specific surface area of 450m2/kg for concrete admixture.

Our Company's 60000 ton high efficiency activated carbon project has a total investment of 560 million yuan and covers an area of 138 mu. The pulverized coal mill is purchased from Guilin Hongcheng. The HLM2800 large vertical mill of Guilin Hongcheng brand blast furnace water slag vertical mill purchased by our company was formally wired and put into production on May 8. According to the central control data, the parameters of the vertical mill host and all major accessories and components were normal, the workshop dust was controlled within the corresponding range, and the output data collected showed that it reached more than 50 tons per hour. The technician said that the processing capacity of the HLM2800 large vertical mill exceeded the contract standard, and the power consumption was also within a reasonable range.
