Our company has excellent limestone mineral resources that can be exploited for more than 200 years. This project mainly processes superfine calcium carbonate powder. Our company has built a new slag micro powder production line and selected Hongcheng HLM2800 vertical slag micro powder mill. At present, vertical slag micro powder mill is the ideal choice for slag micro powder grinding. It not only has low energy consumption, but also has good environmental protection and high intelligence.

We are a Clean Energy Co., Ltd., and have purchased the HCM 200 mesh pulverized coal mill HLM1700 pulverized coal vertical mill. The unit hourly production capacity is up to 20 tons, and the pulverized coal production site is clean and tidy with low noise.

Recently, the calcium carbonate ore vertical roller mill purchased by our company in Guilin Hongcheng has been put into operation. The vertical roller mill model of calcium carbonate ore we selected is HLM2400, which is a medium-sized vertical roller mill of calcium carbonate. This vertical mill of calcium carbonate ore is used to grind limestone to produce calcium carbonate powder, with fineness of 328 meshes and D90. The hourly output is up to 45 tons per hour. The output of calcium carbonate produced by the vertical mill has reached our expected results!

Due to the need to increase the production of the project, a vertical mill production line of mineral powder and mineral powder needs to be added rapidly. It is learned from the friend company that Hongcheng's vertical mill has a high passing rate of powder, good quality and stable operation. After investigating the operation of Hongcheng's vertical mill used by the friend company, viewing the analysis results of mineral powder and negotiating with HCM team in detail, a contract agreement was signed immediately to arrange the financial deposit to schedule the production of HLM2600 slag and mineral powder vertical mill. After the equipment is installed and the wiring is officially put into production, the output, power consumption, environmental protection indicators and other parameters have reached the agreed scope of the contract. The National Design Institute introduced that Guilin Hongcheng is an equipment manufacturer. Then we sent a delegation to investigate and made many technical exchanges with the HCM team. Finally, we chose the 1900 vertical mill. The quality of Hongcheng vertical mill is good, and the price is cheap. Later maintenance is also convenient.
